01 — What We Check

Three things that make or break an HVAC site.

Leak 01
Call Accessibility
Can a mobile visitor reach you in two taps or less? We check whether your phone number is visible above the fold, whether it is tap-to-call, whether there is one clear CTA, and whether the contact form is short enough to actually use on a phone.
Leak 02
Trust Signals
HVAC customers decide in seconds. We check whether reviews are visible above the fold, whether your service area is stated clearly, whether credentials or years in business are present, and whether the homepage explains what you do and where in plain language.
Leak 03
Local Search Visibility
Does Google know what you do and where? We check for LocalBusiness schema, GBP and site alignment, service area keyword consistency, and whether your meta title and description are set up to pull local search traffic.
02 — Sample Output

This is what you get.

Short, structured, and decision-ready. Not a lengthy report — a clear list of what is broken, why it matters, and what to do about it.

At the end, you get one honest recommendation: keep the site as-is, patch specific issues, or do a full rebuild. We will tell you which is true, even if it is not the $500 answer.

Leak 01 — Call Accessibility
High Risk

Phone number appears only in the footer. No tap-to-call link anywhere on the site. The hero CTA says “Learn More” and links to the About page. A mobile visitor has to scroll past four full sections before reaching any way to contact you.

Fix Move phone to the header and make it a tap-to-call link. Replace “Learn More” with “Call Now” or “Get a Quote.” Add a sticky call button for mobile.
Leak 02 — Trust Signals
Medium Risk

No reviews are visible above the fold. The homepage opens with a three-paragraph company history. Service area is not mentioned until the Contact page. No certifications or years-in-business visible anywhere in the first scroll.

Fix Add a trust strip directly below the hero with review snippets, years in business, and service area. Move this above the fold so it is the second thing a visitor sees.
Leak 03 — Local Search Visibility
High Risk

No LocalBusiness schema found on any page. The Google Business Profile lists Jenks as the primary city; the website only mentions Tulsa. Google sees a geographic mismatch and demotes local results accordingly.

Fix Add HVACBusiness schema with complete service area and correct address. Align all city references between GBP and site copy. Rewrite the homepage meta title to include primary service and city.
Verdict
Full redesign recommended.

A mobile HVAC customer cannot call in under 5 seconds, cannot trust in under 10, and Google cannot locate this business accurately. Patching individual issues will not fix the underlying conversion architecture.
